Activity 3 - Types of Interview

Each team has been given a type of interview.

You have 10-15 minutes to research the interview type you have been given and answer the following on the flip chart paper you have been given:

If you have been given the group interview, look at assessment centre style interviews and identify what skills assessors are looking for.

1. In what situation would you usually have this interview?
2. How would you prepare for this type of interview
3. The pros and cons of this type of interview.
   

Now one person from your team should stay with your answers, the others must visit each of the other ones hear from the "expert" on each table, then return and share what they have learned.
