Acoustic Feel Good – Chill out and enjoy some sounds while you have lunch. Music Student performances, Monday 10th, CW Refectory 12-1pm.
Sports Energisers - Drop-in sessions by the Sports
Development Team are being put on with a variety of activities and sports to give your day an energy boost. We are pledging to get at least 20 new learners signed up for activities as part of the European City of Sport 20 for 20 campaign so come along and help us make the target. Mon & Tues, CW Cottesloe Gym (at the back of the ICT building) 9:30-10:30am, Thursday, Bletchley Courtside Studio, 12:30-1:30pm.
101 Ways to Show you Care – We will be in the refectories with a craft table talking about how we show love and caring to others. Help us fill out a heart for a giant wall of love piece in time for Valentines Day.
Swing Dance Evening – Transitions UK have teamed up with
Swing Dance MK to launch an evening of dance. Thursday 13th February, Cottesloe Gym, 5:30-6:30pm. All students
welcome - Free Entry.
Social Hub - Youth Faculty will be providing pamper
activities during their usual sessions. Mon & Weds – CW G49 12-1:15pm, Tues & Thurs - Bletchley Maths & English Hub, 12-1:15pm
#feelgoodfood Competition- Brasserie competition launch: Students are
invited to nominate their favourite feel good meal. The suggestion with the
most votes will see that dish on the Brasserie menu and receive a free meal for

of Boxing Clever – Boxing Clever, uses the discipline and skills taught in boxing and kickboxing
to direct energy into developing skillsets,
such as self-confidence, self-discipline and self-esteem. This week is a taster before we enrol students onto the programme after the half term break. So if you are interested, come along and sign up. Those enrolled will be mentored by top local professional coaches and will train weekly. Tuesday 11th, Bletchley Courtside Studio, 1:15-2:15pm.
