A great way to share project ideas, get feedback and suggestions.
Students write/record their ideas first on their own, before changing partners several times, exchanging and adding ideas with a new partner.
This results in them building their knowledge base accumulatively through sharing of ideas with peers SO THAT THEY find the necessary phrases with which to explain their knowledge, and seek to understand and evaluate their peers’ explanations SO THAT THEY question the validity of what they know and accommodate new ideas to extend their knowledge base SO THAT THEY strengthen and embed what they know for future recall.
This can be done remotely by mailing a document between learners,
using collaborative tools on platforms such
as MS Teams.
